Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IPS Cubicle Fitters' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

IPS Cubicle Fitters provides commercial washroom installation, refurbishment, maintenance, and consultation services. Our services include:

• Commercial washroom installation and fitting
• Washroom refurbishment and renovation
• Maintenance and repair services
• Design consultation and planning
• Project management and coordination

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.

Additional work requested beyond the original scope will be charged separately and must be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required before work commences
• Balance due upon completion and client approval
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment charges may apply

5. Workmanship and Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on all workmanship and installation services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from external factors
• Modifications made by third parties

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and requirements
• Ensuring site access and necessary permissions
• Coordinating with other contractors if applicable
• Providing feedback and approval at project milestones

7. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining the highest health and safety standards. All work is carried out in accordance with current health and safety regulations. Clients must ensure the work area is safe and accessible for our team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the contract.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
